Room Spacious, clean and comfortable for a basic king-size room, Easy to phone housekeeping for extra amenities arrives within 5 minutes All housekeeping staff are helpful and pleasant. Lobby area Huge! The lobby lounge is pleasant and spacious enough for private chats The reception staff is professional and friendly Breakfast This is the most significant and best-quality choice we have ever seen from a top hotel! Rooftop bar, ambience and atmosphere was great, including views across the city at sunset Catering we were involved in an event and the snacks and buffet catering was the best we have had in many years

Everything was spot on, from the moment you arrived until the moment you left. Staff very polite and friendly and very intentive. Hotel is very clean and luxurious. Rooms were modern and spacious, good view of the park from the south tower. All the little amenities, even shaving foam in the bathroom, an item you never see included. And the breakfast, wow.... Excellent buffet choice , quality and quantity, wish I had a second stomach to fill, bang on. All worth the extra pennies. Awesome experience and stay.

The hotel offered clean and well-maintained facilities, creating a comfortable environment for guests. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making the overall experience pleasant and welcoming. While the location was slightly removed from the main tourist areas, it was conveniently close to public transportation and several shopping malls, ensuring ease of access to key attractions and amenities. Amazing rooftop bar!!

Breakfast selection, staffing and service was fantastic. Challenges were with the amount of people due to the high number of corporate groups also staying at the same time. Pool was great. Gym was fantastic. Concerierge was excellent. Rooms were good. Shower products were excellent. Vicinity and access to the adjoining park was great.

Magnificent. I have always loved the huge lobby, even many years ago when it was Imperial Queen’s Park. Your staff are wonderful, very well trained, friendly and fun. The entire service and facilities are outstanding. And your breakfast buffet is incredible. Never in my life of traveling around the world have I experienced such variety. Beautifully presented in luxurious surroundings. Thanks to all your staff, including Housekeepers and all services we don’t come in contact with.

Location of the hotel which is close to BTS station and good eating places and two shopping malls. We also enjoyed a park walk to the station and shops. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast with a wide varieties of Asian and Western Food. Room was clean and recently renovated.

The hotel is beautifully presented and every member of staff is courteous and helpful. We had a Club room which was very nice. It included access to the club lounge which offered breakfast alternative to the full buffet on the ground floor. I also had cocktails and finger food in the evenings and coffee and nibbles 24/7. The hotel is in a very good location, being central, and is also close to transport links.
