The rooms were beautiful, very luxe and super comfortable. The bathroom was also beautiful, loved the mini bath, great for bathing my 5 year old. The double beds in the twin room we had were so comfortable. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever experienced - and certainly the largest. The selection was incredible! The pool was also beautiful. Everything about this hotel was luxe 5 star. The location was perfect. Walking distance to major shopping malls and also a lovely park with a kids playground. Lots of massage places on the street, and a fantastic shopping mall at the end of the street that has super cool designer shops and a fantastic food hall. I’ve been to Bangkok 8 times and stayed at many 5 star hotels, and this one was the best with the best location. Better than the Banyan Tree. I will definitely stay here when I return.

Rooftop bar, ambience and atmosphere was great, including views across the city at sunset Catering we were involved in an event and the snacks and buffet catering was the best we have had in many years

Magnificent. I have always loved the huge lobby, even many years ago when it was Imperial Queen’s Park. Your staff are wonderful, very well trained, friendly and fun. The entire service and facilities are outstanding. And your breakfast buffet is incredible. Never in my life of traveling around the world have I experienced such variety. Beautifully presented in luxurious surroundings. Thanks to all your staff, including Housekeepers and all services we don’t come in contact with.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making the overall experience pleasant and welcoming. While the location was slightly removed from the main tourist areas, it was conveniently close to public transportation and several shopping malls, ensuring ease of access to key attractions and amenities. Amazing rooftop bar!!
